8000 Series Large Hose Reel, 1-1/2" & 2" Hose Size ID, Hand Rewind

Hannay 8000 Series hose reels are designed for large amounts of 3/4" through 3" hose. The 8000 series hose reels are available in either manual hand crank or power rewind configurations. Hand crank models come with a pinion brake while 12-volt electric rewind models feature a comet brake (24VDC, 15VAC, Air & Hydraulic drive options also available). These large hose reels feature 90° ball bearing swivel FPT inlets and FPT riser outlets in sizes shown. Inlet swivel, riser outlet, and drum are all steel. 8000 series hose reels are pressure rated up to 600 PSI and can handle temperatures up to 175° F. Aflas seals are standard. Great for bulk transfer, fuel dispensing, chemical and spray operations, sewer cleaning, water transfer/blasting, and other industrial applications.

8000 Series power rewind hose reels are supplied with 12-volt switch and solenoid (shipped loose). Clutch and gear reduction units are also required and included.

Note: 8000 Series shipped Standard in "RT" configuration: Motor & inlet on right, top wind. RB, LT & LB configurations are also available.
