This personal information is required to provide our goods and services to you. If you do not provide personal information we ask for, it may delay or prevent us from providing our goods and services to you.
3. How Your Personal Information is Collected.
We collect most of this personal information directly from you—when you visit our website. However, we may also collect information:

- Via our IT systems, including:

We have a legitimate interest in processing your personal information for promotional purposes (see above “How and why we use your personal information”). This means we do not usually need your consent to send you promotional communications. However, where consent is needed, we will ask for this consent separately and clearly.
We will always treat your personal information with the utmost respect and never sell OR share it with other organizations outside our Company for marketing purposes.
You have the right to opt out of receiving promotional communications at any time by:

- Using the “unsubscribe” link in emails or “STOP” number in texts.
We may ask you to confirm or update your marketing preferences if you instruct us to provide further products and services in the future, or if there are changes in the law, regulation, or the structure of our business.

We may share your personal information with third parties as needed. We may, in the future, share your personal information to the following:

10. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Notice.
We do not knowingly collect any personal information from visitors or users of our site who are under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not give us any personal information. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our privacy policy by instructing children to never provide information through the Internet without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 had provided personal information to us, please contact us, and we will work to delete that information.

We are not obligated to make a data access or data portability disclosure if we cannot verify that the person making the request is the person about whom we collected information or is someone authorized to act on such person’s behalf.
Any personal information we collect from you to verify your identity in connection with you request will be used solely for the purposes of verification.
12. Changes to This Privacy Notice. This privacy notice was published on 10/19/22 and last updated on 10/19/22.
We may change this privacy notice from time to time without notice to you.
