Flotronic Pumps have made their name with the unique One-Nut Air-Operated Double Diaphragm pump, or AODD. This allows users to disassemble the pump easily without disconnecting the pump from the process piping. AODD pumps also feature a modular air valve block that can be replaced rapidly, only involving four bolts. AODD pumps can transfer a wide range of viscosity and solid content, as well as handle chemicals, adhesives, pharmaceuticals, solvents, and more, and have proven themselves against some of the toughest industrial acids, as well as hand creams and various food products. Additionally, Dultmeier offers the Flotronic Barrel Unloading System, combining the AODD with Flotronic’s Barrel Unloading Skid to aid in processing viscous media.
