Falk Couplings (Wrapflex) "Replace in Place" design provides the quickest and easiest method of changing elements in drive couplings. The tough polyurethane elements in the Falk Wrapflex Couplings can be replaced without moving hubs, motors or pumps. This also eliminates the need for time-consuming re-alignment. Simply remove the protective cover (two set screws), unwrap the old element, wrap in the new element and replace the cover.
Falk Wrapflex Couplings are also economical and require no lubrication. Hubs are made of carbon steel for maximum strength and the polyurethane elements have excellent wear & chemical resistance and a 200 Deg. F. temperature rating. These couplings are available in 9 different sizes, in bores to 7-1/4" dia. and torque ratings to 133,000 in-lbs to fit a wide variety of applications.
