    Centrifugal Pump, MotorPump Model 342

    The Scot Pump Motorpump™ Model 342 is a stout close coupled centrifugal pump unit that meets applications requiring lower flow/higher head. It features a honeycomb, cast 304 Stainless-Steel housing that improves durability while minimizing deflection. This pump matches up well with competing stamped stainless-steel competitors but improves serviceability with the cast housing. Since it’s a beefier housing, an operator can turn a pipe wrench onto the inlet/outlet ports without crushing the pump housing – not the case with a traditional stamped stainless-steel pump housing.

     

    This pump series is rated NSF/ANSI 61/372 for potable water. The 342 Series replaces the long-standing 232 Series from Scot Pump. The 342 Series is directly interchangeable with the obsolete 232 Series – with the same centerlines for the suction and discharge. Parts are NOT interchangeable between the 232 & 342 Series
