Doorway Foamer System, Kalrez Pump. 3 Nozzle

Foam-IT Doorway Systems from Dema create a foam spray to apply disinfectants and sanitizers to floors for foot traffic, forklifts, supply carts, etc. Can be easily set up for walk-through or drive-through doorways. Control timer allows for spray time as required. Available in one, two or three nozzle systems. All units draw from your concentrated chemical drums or pails, 8' feed supply tube included. Mix rates are adjustable from 38:1 to 183:1. Units are activated when plugged in and will foam product based on timer setting for your application. Process is to keep foam on the floor continuously for shoes, boots or other traffic. As foam dissipates, system will reapply.

Systems must be unplugged when use is not required. Single nozzle system has effective coverage of 9' x 5' floor area. Double nozzles have 8' x 4' x 2 nozzles. Triple has 6' x 3' x 3 nozzles. Control box can be located up to 100' from doorways if required. 50' of 1/2" Pump to nozzle tubing included per nozzle. Single, double or triple Stainless steel foam nozzles are designed to work simultaneously. Available with Santoprene, Viton® or Kalrez pumps as required. (Note: Compatibility of chemical products should be reviewed for pump type prior to use).

Systems require 5-10cfm air at 40-80 PSI and 2 GPM water at 10-100 PSI. Standard with 120 volt, 60hz plug and cord. Systems are rated to 100° F. fluid temperatures.
