The Flo-Pro™ Dual Liquid Batch Controller from Micro-Trak a simple-to-operate, highly accurate liquid control system designed to achieve more precise mixing of chemicals. With greater accuracy when mixing batches, that means you spend less time measuring, calculating, and filling and more time spraying.

The Flo-Pro™ features multiple modes of operation, all with pre-set shut-off at target amounts including: single product transfer, dual product transfer (simultaneous), and dual product transfer (sequential). The Flo-Pro's LCD readout screen displays real-time batch information such as countdown of current batch, flow rate, or choice of accumulated volume options. The pre-cutoff function adjusts the system to compensate for slower reacting valves, ensuring accurate mixing every time.

The system's run/hold capability offers further customization. The run/hold wiring harness connection can be connected to a pressure or flow switch for use as a fault input and can also be connected to an alarm or light (1.5A max. load) to signal a fault connection. Remote switch is also available. Runs on 12 volts for field or in-plant use. Includes 10' battery cable and 10' main harness.
