    Steam Hose Assemblies

    The T340 Series Steam Hose Assembly product family from Alfagomma is designed for saturated steam applications up to 270PSI and 410°F. This product line is generally used in high pressure industrial equipment for cleaning at refineries,
    processing plants and shipyards. Steam can also be used to thaw or de-ice outdoor pipes and other equipment during cold temperatures. Crimped fittings are the preferred connection method for steam applications as they reduce the risk of leaks and/or blowouts versus bolt clamps. These assemblies are NOT rated for super-heated steam applications.

     

    Construction:

    • Tube: Black, conductive EPDM
    • Reinforcement: Single, high-tensile steel wire braid in 1/2” size, Double high-tensile steel wire braid in 3/4” to 3” sizes
    • Cover: Red or Black pin-pricked EPDM
    • Ends: Crimped Male NPT or Female Ground Joint with NPT spud
