    On Demand, Continuous Flow Tankless Water Heaters from Paloma / Rheem. These heaters only fire when flow is required. That feature and 96% efficiency means 30-40% energy savings vs. conventional, tank type heaters. Manufactured in Japan by Paloma with distribution and some assembly by Rheem in the United States. Designed for single supply or multiple gang mounting for nearly any requirement. Available in Natural or LP gas.

    Standard Features Include:
    • Commercial condensing design allows for venting with 2", 3" or 4" PVC or poly piping
    • Rated to 199,000 btu and 9-1/2 GPM
    • Modulating burner changes heat output as water flow changes
    • Compact design, 27-1/2" H x 18-1/2" W x 9-3/4" D
    • 5 Year warranty
    • Can be common vented for up to 8 heaters, (vent kits available)
    • Self diagnostics
    • Digital display for temperature and maintenance codes
