CORKEN® base-mounted sliding vane pump units are built complete with base mounting plate, a V-belt drive assembly and belt guard, 3 PH TEFC motors. Additionally, these Coro-Vane® pump units come standard with FPT bolt-on flanges (ductile iron) that save money by eliminating pipe unions and simplify installation. Steel slip on welding flanges are available. Pumps feature 1-1/4" relief valves on the 521/522 pumps and 2" relief valves on 1021/1022 models. Models 521 and 1021 have built-in Internal relief valves (external bypass relief valve still recommended).
Capable of handling a wide array of vapor pressures and viscosities, Corken® industrial pumps are well suited for stationary applications in bulk plants. Only Corken® Coro-Vane pumps have heavy-duty roller bearings that can be interchanged in all sizes of Coro-Vane® pumps. This design minimizes side plate wear and maximizes longer service life. All parts, including the hydraulically self-adjusting blades, are easily accessible for inspection or replacement without disturbing the piping. Pumps have a maximum differential pressure of 125 PSI and a max casing pressure of 400 PSI. Also see chart below.
Corken® Coro-Vane® positive displacement pumps are ideally engineered for handling LPG products such as propane/butane and agricultural ammonia (NH3) products.
