Pump Repair Service Policy

Dultmeier Sales offers service/repair work on wet-end pumps built by the manufacturers that we represent. If the wet-end pump is not on a Dultmeier built platform, such as a skid, stand, or baseplate, then the wet-end pump needs to be removed by the customer for Dultmeier Sales to service it. Dultmeier Sales does not offer small engine repair - engines left mated to wet-end pumps that are scheduled for service will not be inspected.

Per Dultmeier Sales’ insurance policy, Dultmeier Sales will not house or store customer vehicles or trailers overnight on our premises. Should service of a unit run past an 8-hour business day, the unit must be removed from the vehicle/trailer if it is to be left overnight.

Dultmeier Sales will continue to service Complete Dultmeier Branded Systems, including Turf Skids, Pump Stations, Diesel Transfer systems, and more, provided the customer has followed the pre-service checklist provided prior to handover of equipment for service or inspection.

If residual chemical is found and it is deemed necessary that the internals of pump be cleaned in order to service the unit, there will be an additional Chemical Disposal Fee of $150 added to service. Please follow the guidelines in our Chemical Equipment Cleaning Requirements page before bringing a system in for service. Ensure systems are thoroughly rinsed as well as triple rinsed with water to remove any residue.
