Truck Wash Systems (Single Pump)

Truck Wash Pump Stations are designed for the rigors of high pressure and hot water (up to 145° F.). Ideal for truck wash or industrial use. Unique automatic, time-out, shutdown feature allows for operator control at the wand, (starts at pull of the trigger, times out when finished).

Available in Single or Double Stand assemblies. Motors are single or three phase to meet your needs. U.L. rated electrical panels. All systems are pre-wired, pre-plumbed and ready for hookup. Built in the USA.

Station Features:

• PUMPS: Pulley-drive CAT or General/Emperor Pumps with high temperature seals. 4.8 GPM at either 2300 PSI or 3000 PSI depending on horsepower.
• ELECTRICAL PANELS: U.L. rated, demand panels for auto startup, includes hour meters.
• STAINLESS STEEL Frames, water supply tanks & pulley/ belt guards.
• MOTORS: Baldor TEFC in single or three phase wired for 230 or 460 volts.
• SUPPLY TANKS: Gravity feed, high capacity water tanks, stainless steel with floats.
• GAUGES: Glycerin-filled, stainless case for accurate pressure readings.
• UNLOADER VALVES: Adjustable pressure relief valves with pressure switches.
• FRAMES: Heavy-duty,stainless frames with self-leveling legs.
