An important thing to consider when sizing your fuel pump for the application is that most pumps are advertised at unrestricted flow. This means 100% open discharge. So, a fuel pump that shows 15 GPM will not produce 15 GPM out of a nozzle at the end of a 12 ft hose. You can expect about 9-10 GPM out of 1-inch hose. Enjoy!
